Ghost (Poems) (2nd Set)

Nightfall.
Eidolic mist
       amorphous
            phantasmal
                 drifting
      from a
    H O L L O W
        tree
          forest phantasm
                forged
                   in niveous
                         tenebrous
                               airs
gliding
       over
            leaf
                litter
                      before
     l v t t n
       e i a i g nebulous
           through the columns in
                    forest canopy waxen ashen
                    sheathed scaling cumulus
                       in before loam.
                 blazing moonlight
                                               Wraithen wind
                                            wrapped
                                                        around
                                               tree
                                                        trunks
                                                 dissipates
                                               into nether worlds
                                                 last vestiges
                                             of the forest phantasm
                                                   vanish.

Moon beams - creeks of wan
         flowing
         through
         windows
 of the abandoned warehouse
          as a
  ghost wrapped in solitude
         curves wraithen
wind
         around
                 gas
         lights
and
         telegraph
                   poles.

First time experimenting with structures so feedback very much welcomed.

This is so cool, including “levitating.’ Lots of great imagery! Love the phrase “scaling waxen columns nebulous in ashen cumulus loam.”

  2. zumpoems says:

Yes, the wraithlike structure is what immediately brings in the “cool” factor, but the content is just a joy!
