Recently, I ordered a book from Amazon Japan called The heartful paper folding ORIGAMI folding images of Buddha of your own by Kawai Atsuko, a folder with a wonderfully unique style. It’s also a very beautiful book and comes with five sheets of Japanese paper. Needless to say, I’ve been having fun. Fun like this:
Stone statue of Jizo wearing a shade
Seated figure of Kannon
Buddha of Nirvana
Monk Chanting a sutra
And to get the book, go here and click the amazon button: http://www.giladorigami.com/BO_Heartful.html

And he’s some more pictures I took, using film grain and pin hole settings. And some close-ups:
Very nice. You’ve come a long way. 🙂

I love it!will try to Order it! 🙂 thanks!!!
This is fantastic my friend. They all look like they have life within them. I’d be careful, at night I think they get a bit munchy, so if you find snacks missing you’ll know why.
